von Braun & Schreiber Private Equity Partners (B&S) is one of the leading institutional fund of funds managers in Germany with offices in both the United States (Juno Beach, Florida) and Germany (Munich).

B&S specializes in the management of buyout, venture capital and distressed debt for control funds of funds and, since its formation in 1999, concentrates on fulfilling the needs and goals of institutional investors in particular.

B&S offers its clients standardized and tailored funds of funds and also provides a wide range of administrative services. Our investors are mainly insurance companies, pension funds, foundations and family offices. However, through selected intermediaries, private clients are also approached.

B&S is institutionally independent and is directed solely by its managing director Emmeram von Braun who is supported by five senior advisors and a team of research, investment and portfolio managers.

Our current product portfolio consists of five funds of funds. Four of these are from the B&S Select series encompassing a diversified portfolio of primary and secondary investments in buyout and venture capital funds, with a regional focus on Europe and the US.
